UPDATE: How to FIX PS4 slow download speed! I am 77mb down and 10 up with speed test but on PS4 / PSN I am rarely higher than 15mb down. I've tried various DNS ids but could never get it above that. I will try the pause / restart thing to see if it makes a difference.
